A deposit is fully refunded if cancellation occurs before resources for transport are arranged and committed to the vehicle to be picked up. That is normally no more than 2 hours of placing your order.

Upon deliveries full vehicle inspection will be performed and if any damages that you are not aware of, you must report them to us within 2 hours of delivery. Driver leaves a copy of the Bill of Lading with you, make sure you add anything you notice BEFORE you sign. If a vehicle is damaged during transportation, all damage should be photographed and noted on the bill of lading before the carrier's driver leaves the premises.
